FREIGHT DISPATCHER

The Freight Dispatcher job description entails directing freight and passengers to the appropriate transportation vehicle. It also involves ensuring that the vehicle leaves on time and arrives at destination on time. Freight dispatchers are relied upon to maintain positive communication with drivers, their company, and other dispatch offices, and various back-office employees such as billing agents and customer service representatives.

The job also entails maintaining a record of all drivers’ activities such as duty hours, fuel status, pertinent dispatch information, and vehicle inspections and paperwork. As a dispatcher, you have to report any incident with vehicles or drivers in a timely manner.

The dispatcher makes sure that all drivers they are working with are properly licensed with the state. They also monitor drivers on the road by using portable devices for checking drivers’ documentation while they are on job.

No Experience Necessary but preferred. 

BACK-OFFICE ASSOCIATE

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requires knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Minimum 2 years of experience required. 

TRUCK DRIVER

A Truck Driver Transports finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.

Requires Valid CDL, Proof of Clean Bill of Health, & 1 Year Driving Experience

NIGHT SUPPORT

Night Support Provides outstanding customer service assistance to our customers via phone, email and or fax. Proactively take ownership of open issues.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on the first call whenever possible.

• Determine further action or completion on customer cases received.

• Follow-up with the customer until the issue is resolved.

• Multi-task while keeping the customer engaged.

• Make decisions independently.

• Diffuse escalated conversations.

• Read and comprehend documents.

• Update account information including billing.
